Overview

You are eligible for a refund within 14 days if the book does not arrive or due to an error on the bookseller’s part.

If the book arrives damaged, you are eligible for a return, if your item remains unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Incorrect Book / Not as Described / Damaged

You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is the result of an error on the bookseller’s part if you receive the incorrect book or it is damaged by the bookseller.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will refund your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jane@janechipperfield.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Timeline

UK Return and Refund Timeline

It will take 5 – 10 working days for the returned items to arrive and until we can process your refund. The refund will take 5 – 7 working days from the date we received your return.

UK Exchanges

It will take 5 – 10 working days for the exchanged products to arrive and until we can send an exchange back to you. The exchange will then take 5 – 10 working days to reach you.

International Return and Refund Timeline

International returns will be carried out using Royal Mail. The return should arrive within 10 – 14 working days from the date the parcel is posted by you. The refund will take 5 – 7 working days from the date we received your return. If it has not, please contact your bank before emailing us at: jane@janechipperfield.com

International Exchanges

It will take 10 – 14 working days for the exchanged products to arrive and until we can send an exchange back to you. The exchange will then take 10 – 14 working days to reach you.
